Universal Flagging employs many very experienced flaggers that have worked up to 12 + years in the industry. Universal Flagging has a comprehensive employee agreement that all employees must sign in order to become employed. This agreement outlines Universal's expectations and rules that each employee must abide by. We do not tolerate drug / alcohol consumption on or near any job sites. The management team ensures that all employees are practicing safe working procedures at all times. We, as Traffic Management, are responsible for ensuring the safety of fellow flaggers, construction / paving / utility crews, and the general public. Safety is our job at Universal Flagging.

Additional site equipment such as barrels, sign or message boards, generators, lighting, and delineators, is available to rent at competetive rates. Delivery can be arranged within the lower mainland. The equipment we use in field meets or exceed all Canadian street use compliancy with the Ministry of Transport, WCD and ICBC.

Traffic Management Plans, or TMP's, provides a deployment blueprint of the active worksite. This enables our contractors to obtain the necessary permits in order to work on the streets and highways in BC while maintaining WorksafeBC and Ministry Of Transport compliance. Universal Flagging provides the service of drafting TMP's on the contractors behalf.
